Brace yourselves, Dreamgirls Original London Cast Recording is coming.. I don't know about you guys but I couldn't be more excited!

The release date for the album comes after Dreamgirls monumental success at the Olivier Awards where 'Effie' & 'Jimmy Early' and Amber and Adam both took home an award for their roles and performance in the utterly incredible Dreamgirls.

After the monumental success Dreamgirls had at the. Olivier Awards with Amber Riley winning the award for Best Actress In A Musical. Amber blew the crowd away with her performance at the awards. If you missed the utterly incredible performance which was aired on 11th April at the Olivier Awards it is currently available for playback on itvplayer.

Adam J Bernard also bagged himself an award winning Best Actor In A Supporting Role In A Musical it has been confirmed that the original London cast recording release date is Friday 12th May 2017, this is definitely a date to mark in your diary!

Even more good news for all you Dreamgirls fans out there, in order to celebrate Ambers outstanding performance at the Olivier Awards, 'And I Am Telling you I'm Not Going' will be available on Friday 21st of April for all who have pre-ordered the album. Needless to say you do not want to miss the chance to hear it first. EEK *squealing with excitement*

Swarovski is the set and costume design partner for Dreamgirls bringing the visions of Tim Hatley and Gregg Barnes to life with the help of the dazzle of over one million Swarovski crystals. all together producing 275 beautiful costumes and 3 star-dazzling curtains.

Another crowd favourite "Listen" is also confirmed to be released as a single on Friday 28th April. Originally performed by Beyoncé in Dreamgirls the movie, the west end musical has its own twist on the song with Effie White and Deena Jones performing it together.

The highly anticipated album has been confirmed much to the delight of Sonia Friedman Productions & pretty much everyone else, ever. Dreamgirls Original London Cast Recording will be released by Sony Masterworks Broadway and available to order via Amazon, iTunes and all other major channels.
